Magazine names Flaherty top finance chief

And no, the magazine in question is not the Onion.

    Well, we have to keep the taps open for stimulus so advertising Flaherty's international recognition is not only good for getting the word out about how Canada has prospered with him as finance minster but it's also very prudent economics. We really can't afford not to advertise this.
