Meet the New Boss

The Star reports that Ian Brodie will be out this summer as Harper's chief of staff, and Guy Giorno will be in. Although it's just speculation, they sure do make it sound like it's a done deal and there have been rumours about this for quite some time.

Is this related to don't-call-it-naftagate? I doubt it, but I suppose this could be a preemptive move if Kevin Lynch's investigation does point some blame Brodie's way.

  • In the interests of full disclosure, I do TAKE Greyhound buses every now and then. And I think a google ad for Greyhound may have poped up on this site once.

But, being from Alberta, I imagine everyone assumes I'm in the pocket of big oil anyways so I don't expect people to take my opinions on the topic seriously.

  • You know I did a little research, and found a candid shot of Jason Cherniak out promoting Dion's carbon tax this week. It's a little grainy, but you can clearly make him out.
