Really Wild Speculation

I suppose it was inevitable...

  • Instead of grabbing a protester by the throat... WK could simply sue any irritants if he was our supreme leader... wouldn't we be lucky.

  • How about Radwanski, after he gets through the courts, that is.

Dingwall is really smart. If he could work international deals for Canada as sweet as deals he has worked for himself, we can all get an annual cash bonus 10 times that of cowpuncher Klien's citizen cheques.

  • Watch out. He's going to win. Make sure your words are sweet, because you may have to eat them.

  • Warren's too smart to opt into the Liberal leadership race. Any good strategist knows that the place to make the most difference and have the most influence is hanging on the fringe, NOT at the table, and definately NOT immersed as a candidate. Leave Kinsella right where he is. Best blog in the country!! I understand that members of all political stripes depend on Warren's take on issues. That's definately not true of any potential candidates for Lib. Leadership thus far.

  • I would quit the Liberal party forever if WK was leader.

  • The phones are beginning to hum, even in Winnipeg. I suspect that after the rules and dates are set this weekend a lot of the players will start to come to the table. Just a matter of making sure they don't trip over each other while declaring.

Don't you mean that any good strategist knows that there is far more money to be made and far more celebrity status to be had (and therefore far more books to be sold) by hanging on the fringe, not at the table, etc.?
